Naval Group is one of the most attractive employers. It’s not us saying this but our candidates. In 2020 Naval Group received the “Top employer” certification, awarded by Universum.

The recruitment planned for each year covers all employee profiles (workers, technicians, engineers and cross-functional positions) at every level of studies in order to reply to our wide-ranging production needs.

Every year, numerous new talents are coming to reinforce our teams to build the naval industry of tomorrow. We are looking for men and women, starting out, experienced or retraining in the trades of design, construction and services to fleets to work with us towards achieving our ambitious projects in France and around the world.

Joining Naval Group means working on high technology products and services of excellence, which are even more complex than sending rockets into space. We are one of the few industrial companies in the world capable of designing and producing systems as advanced as a ballistic missile nuclear submarine or a nuclear aircraft carrier. It also means adhering to our values: a team spirit, desire to innovate, passion and a taste for challenge. We are encouraging this participation at the same level as taking initiatives. Both go towards collective intelligence and feed our desire for success.

Talent spotting

Our needs are particularly important in certain trades. The priority of human resources managers is to make sure internal resources are available by drawing on the pool of employees wishing to further their career or retrain. While skills must be sought outside the group, targeted means are used to identify talents, both in young people and in the more experienced.

Meeting future employees

Participation in forums with the Ministry of the Armed Forces and the French Navy, signature of mobility agreements with companies such as Thales or Areva, or digital strategies for candidates at the start of their careers: Naval Group is constantly refining its approach to identify the talents of tomorrow.
