Information Systems Manager - M/F

NAVIRIS is a Joint Venture between Fincantieri and Naval Group. This collaboration is the natural outcome of the long-standing partnership between two world leaders.
The M/F job incumbent shall be required to carry out the following duties:
1.     Manage the IT function
- Define an IT business plan (existing and projects), monitor the budget and regularly produce IT performance KPIs
- Take ownership of the "S1 Information System and IT Security Management" process and keep the technical mapping of the IT equipment up to date (network, telecommunications, infrastructure & applications, Database Configuration Management)
- Carry out an annual inventory of IT equipment
*  For external IT Suppliers: Define the technical and security requirements for the selection of external ICT (Information & Communication Technology) suppliers and select ICT suppliers with the support of the Purchasing Department and Purchasing Committees (PC)
· Monitor relations with external ICT suppliers as well as the quality of their services
· Issue acceptance reports for IT deliveries
* For parent companies: Monitor the service contract with the parent companies, revising and updating it if necessary

2. Ensure that existing ICT systems are fully operational

- Control the quality of services provided to Naviris users in Ollioules and Genoa
- Ensure the Through-Life Support and the level of security required for ICT systems
- Contribute to the resolution of incidents and problems
- Provide the necessary support to the company’s employees in their use of IT and communication tools

3. Ensure project management to meet Naviris’ ICT needs

- Analyse new needs and validate requests for standards if required
- Obtain approval for non-standard requests; define and develop appropriate solutions with the support of the parent companies, ensuring compliance with their standards
- Examine the technical bids of ICT suppliers and guarantee their consistency and compliance with the policies of the parent companies
- Define the project schedule for each project and coordinate with members of both, external and internal teams
- Occasionally contribute to certain project tasks

4.     Guarantee safety

- Apply the IT security and IT security governance framework/standards of the parent companies.
- Act as IT security correspondent for the parent companies.
- Contribute to security incidents and the resolution of problems.
- Maintain the necessary contacts with the Italian and French national authorities to allow the use of Restricted distribution (DR-Diffusion Restreinte) information on the Naviris computer network.


You are an IT engineer M/F with management experience and at least 5 years of technical experience;
Your personality enables you to combine skills in the following areas:

- Technical knowledge:
LAN and WAN environment
Windows environment (laptops and servers)
Microsoft Windows Active Directory (database)
Microsoft Windows 10 administration
TCP/IP network and CISCO equipment (administration level)
Cisco TOIP, mobile and telephone
Wiring, rack arrangement, etc.

- Soft skills:
Ability to communicate at various levels (particularly with management and authorities)
Experience of team and line management
Anticipation and organisation, rigour
