NAVIRIS' goal is to create value for its customers through the following key areas:
Joint research and development projects;
Worldwide supply capacity;
Prime Contractorship and Design Authority;
Procurement optimization.

In the role, the resource will take care of the following activities:
· Support the Project Manager in the validation of the Target Program, verifying its consistency with the contractual requirements and compatibility with the needs of the other Units involved;
· Prepare and update the Master Plan, as a programmatic reference document for all Functions on the basis of the order documents available at the start-up phase, the production advances to be taken as reference for the programming of upstream activities;
· Support the Lead Project Engineer and the Purchasing Coordinator respectively in the monitoring of the Engineering Plans and in the monitoring of the supply program;
· Monitor the progress of the program on the basis of the documents of the yard: progress report production, integrated production program, workshop detail programs with evidence to the Project Manager of deviations from the preventive curves;
· Develop programmatic simulations on relevant issues and/or on the feasibility of strategic choices;
Collaborate with Functions to develop detailed programs and integration between Functions on critical paths

Profile

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

· Degree in Managerial or Naval Engineering;
· Previous work experience of at least 2 years, matured in a similar role in companies operating by order;
· Excellent level of knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken; Knowledge of French/Italian is a plus.
· Ability to use Excel and good level of knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of Oracle Primavera and MS Project will be preferred.
· Personal characteristics such as flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, ability to team-working; complete the problem-solving profile, economic and organizational sensitivity, result orientation. It is also required the availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
