In our recent and rapidly growing Belgian office (4 years old, 20 FTE) we focus at present on cyber and large software systems for Coastal Protection and Mine Counter Measures.
In 2025, we will in addition be in charge of the delivery and the maintenance of the replacement mine Counter Measure Be-Ne Program.

As part of the development of its activities, Naval Group Belgium is looking for a Program Director M/F/X
For a specific Contract or bunch of Contracts, the Program Director M/F/X is in charge of ensuring Customer satisfaction (performances, deliverables, schedule) within the agreed internal framework (industrial organization, costs).
Throughout the duration of the Program, you guarantee the technical and industrial consistency, the cost and the competitiveness of the
Contract(s).

As such, your activities are:

- Interaction with the Customer to be the “voice of the business”, ensure its satisfaction, listen to his feedback, propose Contracts amendment,

- Ensure the overall management of the project under the cost-quality-time and technical aspect and therefore lead the relevant internal and external (suppliers, partners) entities, teams to provide compliant deliveries on time and on cost.

These assignments are not exhaustive and may evolve over time.

Profile

With higher degree in software engineering, computer science, or telecommunication, you have acquired significant experience (15 yrs minimum) in the management of industrial programs for complex systems and in particular software systems for large industrial use.
You have excellent managerial skills, experience in negotiation and a very good relational.
English is mandatory;
Other languages (Dutch and/or French) are a strong advantage.

This position will be based in our office in Brussels

Substantial international travel is foreseen to France and/or the country of client
