Jobs across the entire value chain

Naval Group masters the entire naval defence value chain, from design to deconstruction, including the through-life support of whole warships, vessel capacity development, crew training and the development of complex systems.

In order to meet its commitments and maintain its commercial momentum, Naval Group pursues an ambitious recruitment and skills transfer policy that is key to the success of its many programs, which require a multitude of skills and know-how.

Oversight, preparation, management, production support, site coordination, methods and industrialisation.

3. Industrial production

Welders, metalworkers, mechanics, electricians, machinists, integrator-designers, shipwrights, hydraulics technicians, painters, etc.

4. Nuclear

Control functions, inspection, radiological protection, radiation protection, waste management and transport.

5. Pyrotechnics

Safety management and operations management.

6. IT

Software development, data science, artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, infrastructure, networks and cybersecurity.

7. Inspections, measurements, tests and maintenance

Test managers and supervisors, industrial service providers, maintenance technicians.

8. Support functions

Strategy, communications, marketing, sales, logistics, purchasing, procurement, finance, human resources, legal, quality, CSR, OHSE.
