As a defense company, Naval Group has an important role to play in facilitating the commitment of its teams. This is why, in 2023, Naval Group has decided to double the number of days off granted per year to reservist employees, allowing them to carry out all or part of their mission during their working hours. At Naval Group, reservists are entitled to 20 days of leave per year, with a 15-day notice period for departure on mission.
On the occasion of National Reservist Days 2025, from October 16 to November 16, discover the careers of Naval Group employees who are committed to the operational reserve alongside their professional activities.
