CINAV: fostering future talent
Naval Group is highly invested in the actions led by the CINAV. The Naval industries campus (Campus des industries navales - CINAV) is designed to bring out the talents of the maritime world of tomorrow. It is the fruit of a public-private partnership bringing together manufacturers, ministries, regions and the French Navy. The CINAV strives to create a training offer for naval industry trades so that they correspond to the needs for skills in the sector, to introduce these trades to students, job seekers and professionals looking to retrain.
