Diversity of experience

Naval Group’s recruitment needs are the fruit of commercial momentum reflected in numerous structuring contracts in France and abroad.

The group is increasing its workforce and skills to deliver ambitious naval programs to France (Barracuda, SSBN 3G) and Australia (Australian Future Submarine), among others. Naval Group confirmed this momentum with 1,300 new employees in 2019.

Naval Group wants to hear from its future recruits. Whether experienced or not, coming from France or abroad, all profiles have their place within the group. Beyond their qualifications, candidates must be comfortable in a constantly changing environment, be able to reconcile short and long-term actions and have a passion for excellence. In return, Naval Group offers unique pathways steered by the employees themselves.

A variety of profiles

Naval Group seeks to recruit a diversity of profiles, of all ages and of all career backgrounds. Naval design and construction professionals, cybersecurity and marine renewable energy experts, all are welcome to join our teams at our 10 industrial sites in France or in one of the 18 countries where we operate.
