- International Trade Department, Philippe Sauvageot
- Industry Division, Olivier de la Bourdonnaye
- Programs Division, Pierre Legros
- Services Division, Nathalie Smirnov
- Australia Program. Jean-Michel Billig
Alain Guillou's biography
Following a multifaceted career, operational, international and in the central administration, Alain Guillou, from 2013, headed the Human Resources and Operations division. He was one of the main architects of the group's strengthened competitiveness through the negotiation of an "Overall Performance Agreement" with the social partners, aimed at reducing overheads, and through the renegotiation of the company agreement to increase the effective working time. In parallel, Alain Guillou undertook a complete review of data systems for major naval programs and refocused these on the group's quality approach to ensure it could attain the highest standards for the industry. Last but not least, he instilled renewed operational dynamism in the Saint-Tropez Underwater Weapons business unit, in particular for the export market.Vidéos et photos disponibles sur http://www.salledepresse.com Contacts presse pour Naval Energies : Emmanuel Gaudez Tel. +33 (0)1 40 59 55 69 Mob. +33(0)6 61 97 36 63 emmanuel.gaudez@naval-group.com Alix Donnelly Tel. +33 (0)1 40 59 50 86 Mob. +33 (0)6 07 12 34 07 alix.donnelly@naval-group.com
